FIRST Robotics Mentoring

I mentored St. Joseph's Academy's FIRST Robotics team during the 2023 season. I aimed to inspire students to develop strong problem-solving skills in the face of difficulty. I regularly assessed team interpersonal relationships and encouraged and facilitated conflict resolution. The season culminated in the Bayou Regional competition in Kenner, Louisiana. This work was near and dear to my heart as I was a participant in the team throughout high school.
